This book does a great job of exploring equivocal concepts and presenting them in a way that allows for easy interpretation and application into everyday life. When compared others of its kind, the informal style of writing and critical perspectives has allowed the book to stand out.
Peak Performance (9.5/10) – Brad Stulberg & Steve Magness
In my opinion, this book does an exceptional job of merging academic research with the physical/mental processes of elites (i.e. athletes, academics, entrepreneurs) in their respective fields. The book emphasizes the value of productivity and provides various practices to incorporate into your daily life that help maximize its effects. This happens to be one of the best books I have ever read. I would highly recommend!
